Before After
What one sentence does

The anatomy of an ask

Say it out loud or type it. Here is everything that happens before you finish your coffee.

"Open an RO for the Civic1, oil change2 plus that brake noise3."

1 It knows which Civic

Finds Sofia's car from the kiosk check-in, the plate, or just how you usually say it. Wrong guess? It asks instead of assuming.

2 It prices from your catalog

Your services, your labor rates, your fees. Not internet prices. The draft comes back ready to hand to the customer.

3 It writes it up properly

"That brake noise" becomes a brake inspection line on a compliant work order, built to New York's rules, the strictest in the game.

Then it stops and shows you a confirm card. Nothing is written until you approve it, and every action lands in a permanent log.

Included, not an add-on

We build your shop's website.

Your services, your reviews, your hours, on your own domain, looking right on a phone. Appointment requests can flow straight into your OS inbox with a reply already drafted, rolling out to new sites now.

Shop software companies sell this exact thing for $345 a month. Yours comes with the plan.

Fair questions

The things owners actually ask.

Is my shop data mine?

Completely. Every week CarLifeOS writes your customers, vehicles, and repair history to plain spreadsheet files, each one read back and verified after it lands so a silent truncation can't pass, and you can trigger a fresh export any time from Settings. Ask and we hand you the files. Leave whenever you like and take everything with you.

Do I need new hardware?

Any computer with a browser. For the sign-in kiosk, any iPad works, or you can add one from us for $39 a month while they're available.

Does it replace what I use now?

It replaces the shop management software you run the counter on: repair orders, estimates and invoices, customers and vehicles, payments recorded, end-of-day. It does not replace your card machine, and on purpose.

What happens when the internet goes down?

The sign-in kiosk falls back to an offline form automatically and queues the check-ins to sync when the connection returns, so the front counter never stops.

Can I trust an AI with my shop?

Look at what it actually does: before anything is written, the agent shows you a confirm card describing the exact change, and waits. Questions get answered instantly; changes wait for you. Every action lands in a permanent log with who asked for it.

See it run a real repair order.

Twenty minutes, your scenarios, no slideware. Bring your messiest Tuesday.
