Our commitment
We want carlifeos.com to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, or reduced motion. The site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
What is built in
- Every page works with a keyboard alone: the tab order follows the page, focus is always visible, and a skip link jumps straight to the content.
- Text colors meet WCAG contrast minimums, and the layout holds together at 200% zoom.
- Decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology, meaningful ones carry text alternatives, and interactive widgets (like the before-and-after comparison on the home page) have keyboard controls and screen-reader labels.
- Animation respects your system's reduced-motion setting.
The product, not just the site
CarLifeOS itself runs shop counters, including a sign-in kiosk that customers use in twelve languages. We hold the product to the same standard, and accessibility reports from shops or their customers are treated as bugs to fix.
Found a problem?
Email hello@carlifeos.com and tell us what happened and what you were using (browser, screen reader, device). We will fix it, or get you the information another way while we do.
