Your appointment book, on every screen.
Book by technician, see your Google calendars with your appointments, and remind customers before they come in. The assistant can find a free slot and book it for you, after you say yes.
A made-up shop's Monday, told in moments. None of it is a screen from the app.
Four steps, one screen.
- 1The customer
Find them by name, phone or plate. New customer? Add them right there, without leaving the booking.
- 2The car
Pick one of theirs, or add it from the plate or VIN.
- 3The work
Services from your own catalog, each with the customer's own words beside it: "squeal when braking."
- 4The time
Pick a free time with the technician you want. If they're already booked, it tells you before you save.
Not sure yet? Save it as a draft hold and the slot stays yours while you call them back.
Works with Google Calendar, the way you pick.
A shop admin can connect the shop's Google account. Nothing is copied either way until you choose a direction, and you can disconnect any time.
Bookings, moves and cancels here are copied to a calendar CarLifeOS keeps in your Google account. Nothing comes back.
Events on the Google calendars you tick show here as grey busy blocks, so nobody books over a dentist appointment.
Both of those, and an appointment moved in Google moves here too. If it changed in both places, you pick which one stays.
What it reads, and what it never sends
- Only the calendars you tick are read. Give a technician's calendar to that technician and it blocks their time.
- An appointment in Google carries the customer's name, the car and the work. Never their phone number, email, notes or prices.
- When it books, the assistant learns only that a technician is busy at a time, never what your Google events say.
- Disconnect and the stored Google data is deleted straight away.
Fewer no-shows, fewer phone calls.
Customers with an email on file get a reminder ahead of the visit, sent on their own. Hold them from Settings whenever you like.
Once the invoice is done, the repair order offers to book the pickup, so the end of the day shows who's coming for their car and when.
A request from your website waits in its own list in the customer's words. You pick the real slot when you book it.
“What's open Monday morning?”
The assistant reads the calendar like you do. Ask who's free, move an appointment, or book one while the customer is still on the phone. A booking waits for your tap before it's made.
